DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Most items are vintage with some evidence of use which we describe with great care - the pieces are sold as described.

Please look carefully at the object you are buying: colour, shape, condition and size. The photographs form part of the item's description.

Please contact us if you would like more photographs of any item.

Items can be inspected in Melbourne prior to purchase, please email to arrange a time.

If you are unhappy or have a query regarding the item you have received, please contact us.

REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

We cannot offer a refund if you simply change your mind or find the item cheaper somewhere else.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If a returned item is damaged, either while in your care and/or during return, we will not refund the item.

RETURN PROCESS

Please contact us at info@decorativevintage.com.au prior to returning any item, we will not refund unsolicited returns.

The return shipping cost will not be refunded and must be paid by you.

The item must be returned in the same condition you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
