SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost is NOT included in the item price. The shipping cost is an additional charge.

To view the estimated shipping cost, please add the items you are interested in to the cart and use the shipping calculator on the cart page.

We try to offer the best shipping quote possible.

If you wish to add insurance to the shipping quote, please contact us, we will adjust the shipping cost to include the insurance.

Any additional import charges or taxes are payable by you.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship primarily using Australia Post.

All postage includes tracking and is calculated by the weight of the packed item.

There are no additional packing or handling charges.

DISPATCH TIME

We aim to ship all items within 1-3 business days of receiving payment. We will endeavour to contact you in the event of any delay.

COMBINED POSTAGE

We are always happy to combine items where practicable. Please ask, as it is not always possible or the shipping quote may need to be amended.

PICK UP

Pick up is available from Melbourne, Australia. Please contact us at info@decorativevintage.com.au to arrange.

PACKAGING

We use a mixture of new and clean recycled boxes and packing materials. We pride ourselves on packing well, to ensure that items reach you in excellent condition.

DELAY & DAMAGE

Once the item has left us, we have no control over delivery time, customs delay or the way the parcel is treated, we recommend insurance.

We will not accept responsibility for shipping damage. In many countries customs open items and remove packaging, we have no control over how the item is repacked.
