A gorgeous vintage Royal Vale cup, saucer and plate in a wonderful old pattern. The makers mark dates the trio from 1928 - 1937.
A very pretty and well preserved cup, saucer and plate. A very nice addition to a teacup collection or lovely to use.
Royal Vale bone china is a backstamp trademark of the Colclough China Company named after Colclough's Vale Potteries in Longton, Stoke-On -Trent, Staffordshire, England.
The condition is very good. There are a couple of nibbles and a little roughness on the base rim of the cup. There is a little wear to the gilding and a couple of small paint spots under the glaze.
