Description
A Victorian glass, Primrose Pearline footed candy bowl. Made by the British company Davidson around 1900, it was part of their Primrose Pearline range. The design registration number 217752 is moulded into the glass. This pattern is known as "Prince William" by American collectors. The lemon colour was produced by adding uranium to the mixture. The bowl glows magnificently under black light.
Pearline glass was produced between 1889 to 1914.
Condition
The bowl is in very good condition. There is one small bubble in the glass.
The white and blue marks are just light reflection.
