Description

An impressive Wedgwood black basalt Pendant featuring Ankhesenamun. Part of the Egyptian collection issued about 1978. The pendant comes with the original chain and box.

Black Basalt is a hard black vitreous stoneware, named after the volcanic rock basalt, manufactured by Josiah Wedgwood from about 1768.

Condition

The pendant is in very good condition.
