Description

A superb white on black Jasperware bowl. This is an eye-catching bowl, it would look wonderful as a decorative item in a home, or can be used as a fruit bowl, or a decorative centrepiece, it is quite stunning. The bowl has neoclassical scenes on the side.  Jasper is considered Wedgwood's most important contribution to ceramic art, this is a superb example from the mid 20thC. 

This is a heavy bowl.
